The House Committee (HC) is made up of elected students leaders holding various portfolios aimed at offering residents countless opportunities to be involved in extra-curricular activities. The HC has an executive group and administers a budget each year across areas such as cultural, communities/charities, sport, social and communications.

The President acts as the official representative of the residents to UNSW, chairs the House Committee meetings and facilitates the College culture. The President also forms part of The Executive who provide guidance, strategy, vision and direction to all House directors.

Treasurer (Exec)

The Treasurer produces the annual financial report, determines budget allocations and facilitates reimbursements to members for House Committee expenditure. The Treasurer also forms part of The Executive who provide guidance, strategy, vision and direction to all House directors.

Secretary (Exec)

The Secretary is responsible for administrative duties of the House and provides the communication link between the House Committee and residents through weekly email updates and advertised meetings. The Secretary forms part of The Executive who provide guidance, strategy, vision and direction to all House directors.

Male Sports Director

Sam Medway

The Sports Directors organise a variety of weekly sporting events, ensuring that a competitive and inclusive team is fielded and encourage college support for residents. They convene with the Inter-College Sports Association to organise inter-college competitions in a variety of sports.

Female Sports Director

Operations & Communications Director

Michaela Braggett

Operations and Communications focuses on the production of annual major publications, the promotion of House events and the organisation and development of College communication platforms including websites, blogs and internal publications.

Social Directors

Ella Furphy and Maggie Jarrett

The Social Directors jointly facilitate the organisation of inclusive events that allow college members to socialise with each other, including the Annual College Ball and the inter-college Ruth Wheen Cup.

Communities Director

Abby Butler

The Communities Director facilitates the organisation of charity events, including the Annual Major Fundraising Event, activities promoting awareness of mental health and well-being, wider community engagement and initiatives aiming to create a more sustainable College.

Cultural Director

Tamara Bowers

The Cultural Director organises activities which promote and explore the arts and diverse culture of Sydney including the Annual College Play, art shows, musical events, markets, theatre and cuisine.
